Vehicle
specific headrests are generally shipped in just 2-3 business
days. Some orders can take longer so please contact us if you

Unfortunately,
due to the custom nature of a number of the headrest video products
we sell, all sales are final (unless we make an error of course).
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the correct
factory color is used when ordering headrest replacements. We
can't be held responsible for any ordering errors.

rare, sometimes electronics are defective. All products are backed
